How Pricing Works

We charge primarily by square foot, and final pricing depends on:

  • Interior vs. exterior

  • New build vs. repaint

  • Wall condition (patching, texture repairs, cracks, nail pops)

  • Ceiling height (8ft, 10ft, vaulted)

  • Number of colors / accent walls

  • Trim, baseboards, doors, cabinets

  • Prep work needed (masking, sanding, caulking, priming)

  • Paint type/finish (flat, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss)

Quick note: Every home is different—square footage helps us price fairly, but prep and details can change the total.
